I think the level of detail is *very slightly* unevenly distributed in places like the palms and feet, especially compared to more complicated looking parts like the swimsuit, the face, the hair, etc. Though if you had a limited palette to work with or something like that, I definitely understand.

Rouge in this reminds me of that one meme that's called "How I Draw Sonic Characters" where it's Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Vector, and then Rouge is in a different style with bigger thighs and breasts, lol.
